will not be able to make meeting or practice, i will be in the middle of closing the course,when can i hand fees in and how quickly do you need them?

Team meeting Saturday (Oct 14) at O'Hanlons at 3PM. Followed by a practice at the
indoor facility at 4PM.

The Fees, payable at the meeting on Saturday will be $200. That is a little
more than we need for registration. The extra funds will be used for
pratice times or will be refunded if we are so freakin talented that we
don't need to practice. See you Saturday. Email if you can not attend and
or pay on Saturday
