We are in the process of developing a new rules book. The first section will include the regular FIFA rules that are universal. The second section will include rules specific to the specific referrees in Regina. These will include rules such as: 1)A player is not allowed to raise his/her arm during the course of the game; 2)A player is not allowed to point at a linesman; 3)A player is not allowed to grunt or say "arrrrggg"; 4)An outfield player is allowed to punch the ball off of the goal line if kicked by the other team; 5)Active sprinklers and giant piles of dirt are acceptable hazards and both players and referees will all just pretend that they are invisible; 6)Female players are not allowed to roll up their sleeves; and 7)No player is allowed to look funny or enjoy a game. This will be grounds for a straight red card.
This will be an attempt to codify some of the rules that are being invented during the course of RSA games. Thank you for your cooperation
In light of my recent injury woes, I will not be playing in our games on Monday or Wednesday. I need time to heal the pulled groin and figured might as well miss two games and play the rest of the season in top condition than try to keep coming back and hurting again. Sorry boys. I will be out to support and maybe get a bench yellow to clear my record
